Dear RSD Families:

\r\n

The Arkansas Supreme Court, Arkansas’s highest ruling court, will likely give the final word on mask mandates in schools soon. It is expected that the guidance issued by the Arkansas Supreme Court will allow the Russellville School District to make the best possible decisions for the benefit of the district’s students, families, and staff.

\r\n

The Russellville School Administration will continue to monitor the legal proceedings in this case and provide further updates to the school board and public. The timing and duration of further legal proceedings may dictate when any review of this matter will occur by the Russellville School District Board.
